Grassy Knoll and other roadside attractions

The tour has rolled on through Dallas and I've had a great time. I gave two workshops. One advanced improvisation workshop and a beginner blues workshop. Plus I played a wonderful house concert at the Little House of Harmony. Noel Tardy and Kate McLennan (aka Spirit Runners) opened up for me and hosted the show. Yesterday as we toured around we drove past the grassy knoll and the book depository. I was surprised at how small the area is and how easily you could drive right past it.  I've had a great time and I'm looking forward to returning to Dallas someday to connect with the new friends I've made.

Now I get to enjoy a couple days off visiting with my friend Phil Morris fromSpanky Banjo Ukes. He'll take care of me before I fly to Fort Lauderdale for the uke fest. It's been 3 years since I was in Florida so I'm excited to see old friends like Steve Boisen, Jim Allen and Craig Chee. Next week I fly up to Boston to tour with Bob Ardern in our All Day Breakfast show. All Day Breakfast Tour . We'll be doing shows in Massachusetts , Rhode Island, New Jersey and Maine.

Thank you all for your support of Down In The Kitchen so far. The campaign closes out in 9 days and we are almost there. Please spread the word!  Pre-order here!
